If your roof is currently under warranty with Vision Roof Services and you have an issue or leak with your roof and are requesting a warranty inspection. This statement is to notify you that if Vision Roof Services inspects your roof and finds no evidence that the roof leak or issues are caused by the workmanship of Vision Roof Services or does not fall under Vision Roof Services warranty guidelines, there will be a $250.00 inspection fee billed to the owner or client. The $250.00 dollar inspection fee will be due immediately after the roof inspection is performed and the owner or client is clear on why the roof leak or roof issue should be covered or not covered under the existing roof warranty by Vision Roof Services. Pictures and written documentation will be provided to owner or client at time of warranty inspection to show what caused existing roof leaks or roof issues. If the roof leak or roof issues are caused by Vision Roof Services workmanship and falls under the existing roof warranty guidelines, then there will be no inspection fee and the roof will be repaired as needed by Vision Roof Services and there will be no charge to the owner or client for repairs covered under the existing roof warranty. If any roof leaks or roof issues are caused by a second party or other trades working on the roof, Vision Roof Services warranty will be null and void and all repairs needed will be paid by owner or client.
